JETT is Recruiting

Healers are needed! All recruits accepted. Guild applications will be temporarily suspended. Send all interested people to the appropriate CO's.

Class officers will evaluate those applicants - If CO thinks JETT should allow this person into JETT--they will be placed in as a probationary member by myself and allowed to raid IF they meet raid standards.

After a three month period we will look at the raid performance, attendance, response to in game calendar, and guild events if they are evaluated as a good member they will then be ask to fill out application to the guild. If guild membership gives that application a positive review they will be removed from probationary status to a full membership.

It is each of your responsibilities to look for potential new members and recruit.

• 2 Druids
• 2 Shaman
• 2 Pallys
• 6 Really solid healers of any class
• 4 DPS players I plan to give preference for off spec healing gear in exchange for the ability to borrow them for healing heavy fights. In return I intend to give my dpsers 4 healers they prefer for dps offspec gear and they may also steal in a pinch.

We have 2 priest, 1 pally, 1 druid that I'm aware of....lIf you plan to heal speak up...If you want one of the DPS/Heal spots speak up...EVERYBODY RECRUIT the ABOVE!!!--Send them to Tolsimit, Argoth, Holy, Stab or Myself

i will be lvling my druid 2 80 over the next week+. he will be for healz only but will not be my main. i will not have happen to me what happened 2 Aries:)

As nice as it is to see people stepping up to the plate and willing to roll some healers to help out, this is not a very good idea in my eyes. We need people to roll healers as their mains. If you want to have a healer to play with as an alt, then good for you and I encourage you to do that. However, if we start getting a whole bunch of alts in as healers, then we will never progress because we are still dealing with the same amount of people (keeping us out of 25 mans) and also our healers will be under geared as people will want to take their mains to the raid rather than an alt.

What I need is for you to recruit healer types listed above OR help those lower level healer types in the guild GET TO 80--IE NOXIE (Mrs. Strega), Moosie, & Bindi's alt which I believe is a pally. Encourage Naring to get some healing gear.---Continue to run those Heroics to help those of us that are not completely geared to start Naxx..

Don't roll an alt that keeps you from helping your guild mates get leveled and there by not helping us get to 25 man.
