Appalachian Trail

Does anyone live near the trail in the Georgia/North Carolina/Tennessee area? And also if anyone has any knowledge of what would be the best 70-100 mile section of trail in that are to hike would be great.

I live probably about 5 - 10 miles from the trail in NC and i would perfer the bottom pard from GA to VA
