What backup software do you guys use? I have been using Norton Ghost for ages but I would like to get something that just does a straight copy instead of using a proprietary format. I need something that will do scheduled backups, incrementals, and able to backup to network drives, external drives, and over FTP would be nice as well.

Don't know if this is exactly what your looking for, but close. I always look @ Gizmo's reviews when I'm looking for any kind of free-ware.
GFI Backup has an easy to use scheduler, supports a variety of backup locations, will do incremental and differential backups, and has a restore function that will help you restore complete archives or individual files. GFI also has support for backing up files even if they are in use.
Has easy to use wizards. Supports numerous backup locations and media including LAN and FTP.

On my personal stuff, I do not do any backups. On our work stuff I do not know corporate IT takes care of all of it.
When i was at Xanthus we used Carbonite for the HR backup stuff.
