Are common members supposed to be able to give out infractions? If not, then you might want to clear the one I gave to xaxas. I was just testign to see if I could actually give one.

Good catch, missed that one for permissions. Right now ONLY admins and community leaders can give infractions. Soon moderators and CC's. i also removed the one you gave him.
