So what's everyone think now that they've put some time under their belts? I absolutely love it, I really believe it's probably my fav. FPS to date. Such a polished Battlefield experience, which has always been my BF beef in the past. Now there is competent infantry combat on par with COD, and not to mention the vehicles which now are valuable and you have incentive to use them correctly since there isn't an abundance of them like in past BF games.
I played with Elasso last night, who I haven't gamed with for ages and had a blast with him on my ma deuce on my Abrams. Not to mention the total ass whooping Silk, RR, liqd, elasso and I put on a team of 8 dudes from some BoD Clan.
Anyways, I really hope more Jett pick this up on PC, I don't think any of you OG FPS gamers will be disappointed at all.

Hi Willow,
I was going to pick it up but I don't have a quad core cpu. I have plenty of VC because I updated to the GTX 275 but I still have a AMD 64 X2 3400+ cpu. You think my PC can handle it?

Been good times. My computer runs it, though at fairly crappy settings, but hell, I played 1.6 for how long? Obviously graphics don't matter as long as gameplay is fun.
Enjoying playing with you guys, it's been awhile.

I totally agree with you, Willow! Despite the server issues, this game is simply amazing. I love everything in it, except for the part there are no planes any more to pwn y'all :P But I found my love for being a sniper, it's so cool taking out tanks or anything with the mortar. I also like how you get so many weapons and gadgets. And the sound is really really great, but they need to adjust the volumes for the tagging a bit. I even like the hardcore mode (although there are no mortars??) Well, as I said, I love pretty much anything and I think it was well worth the wait. A great replacement for endless gaming just like it was with CS.
It runs fluent on my pc, I have a 940 quad, a GTS 250 (1 gig), and 4 gig of RAM on Win7. I use a 1680x1050 resolution and I have everything on max in the game except for AA (8x) and anisotropic (4x) or however its called there. Oh and I forogt this HAOB thing is disabled. It still looks great, has an amazing sound and the gameplay is made for pure enjoyment. This game is going to be LOTS of fun!!

I have a GTS 250 1GB, too, but my CPU is only a dualcore athlon; I'm playing on low with a 30-40FPS range. I guess your PC is proof that this game really needs a quad core for better performance.
On the other hand, I personally like the class-system or whatever it's called (medic, recon, engineer, assault) since I haven't played a game with this sort of thing in a long time. It limits what players can do with their kits, so they cant have a noobtoob as their primary and an LMG for secondary.
