I would like to know what do i have to use to clean a LCD monitor,if anyone knows i would appreciete some help,thanks.

they make special anti-static wipes that are your best bet...whatever you do avoid anything ammonia based, like most windex/glass cleaner products as those can degrade the coating on the monitor.

a mixture of 50% water and 50% isopropyl alcohol sprayed on to a clean, lintless, soft cloth then wiping the monitor works also.

They sell little kits at wal-mart or best buy or something.

Lol there is no wal.mart or best buy here in uruguay,but thanks for the help i will try with that special alcohol and some water.

I have typically used a damp cloth (barely wet, not soaking) and a clean dry lint-free cloth to dry it.

Of course, I take no responsibility if you use my method and destroy your monitor. :)

lol,yeah we dont have those but there are some other big stores which r very nice.
