Please delete clarke's post.
Grinder,
It is my wishlist, but its a public one. I can view it, by following the link, with my computer that isnt logged into newegg. Does anyone else have this problem?

I see it now....it wasn't working last night *shrugs*
Not too shabby. I'd bump up to at least 19" on the monitor though.

OK Giant will sound off on your build.
"nothing wrong with it, if you have the cash to toss around. But you could definately save a bunch of dough and not really notice any performance hit."
1ST: You can get a 19" 5ms HannsG for same price. Or others. (crisp picture and good and bright)
2nd: 8800GTX's?? You can get 2 x 8800GT 512 OC versions for about $350 and get about the same performance. Not much worse at worst. At best, just about the same power. Save almost $500 right there. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3538922&Sku=E145-8832&SRCCODE=HARDOCPVC1&CMP=OTC-HARDOCP
I have this one!! and its sweet http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127329&Tpk=msi%2b8800GT
3rd: Why buy DDR2 1200? You going to massively OC that quad? Look at all the memory benchmarks at www.tomshardware.com. Memory is memory!! DDR800 @ 4-4-4-12 will run within 1% of DDR1200 at 5-5-5-15. There is NO noticeable performance buying high end memory. My Ballistix (D9GMH) do DDR1200 and last time I looked you could get them on sale for about $60.
4th: Do you need a quad? If your not editing, compiling, or crunching, go with a E8400. Less power, 45nm, cooler, much cheaper for 3.0Ghz. If quad is a must a xeon 2.66 for $350 http://www.moogr.com/INTEL_CPU_XEON_QUAD_CORE_X3350/BX80569X3350/partinfo-id-368325.html otherwise the E8400 is $200 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115037
5th: Not fimiliar with that HS but for that price you can get the TRUE if it will fit your case. About the best one on the market.
6th: MOBO: IP35 PRO is a killer board. Wish I had one. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?nm_mc=AFC-SlickDeals&cm_mmc=AFC-SlickDeals-_-NA-_-NA-_-NA&Item=N82E16813127030. but I cant say no to the DS4 either.
My quick rundown on the deal Hope its helpful. BTW those HD's and the 500GB WD are a great pricepoint.

I agree with most of what Giant said except buying a dual core. Stick with a quad core. Not sure about that particular one, as I have a Q6600 and love it, but a quad is a good investment and not that much of a price difference from a dual.

Q6600 = $200 http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0257938
E8400 = $180 w/ google checkout http://www.tankguys.com/product_info.php?products_id=1816
The E8400 OC much better but $200 for a q6600 is outstanding!!
