First off yeah Rotation. I'm just wondering what Rotation do you suggest. Currently I'm using Shield Slam , Dev , Dev , Revenge. I read thats the way to get Tps but I have issues using that rotation so im sure im doing it wrong lol.
Usually ends up SS, Dev , Dev , Dev , SS , Dev , Rev.
2nd Gear. Until I get upgrades on my gear Im not really sure what to change. Going by this war spreadsheet i have the gear is gemed to the ignore / not ignore specs with straight stam in mind.
Anything else anyone can add to MTing raids im very open for right now. I have mostly 5 manned with a few 10 mans in there. Like for one should I even bother to worry about shield bash anymore to interupt or just let the rogues worry bout that?
And whats a good Tps for MT?

Shield Slam, 2xDevastate and Revenge is generally going to be your best bet.
It depends on how the fight goes and what kind of situation you have. I'm sure you know as well as anybody, every boss is different as to what strategy you have to use. I remember on Prince, I could go high threat all the time until Phase 2 at 60%, then I had to go into survival mode, and make SURE Shield Block was up 100% of the time. Of course, this was when we were all just struggling through Kara in our progression. :)
Bosses like Lurker you can occasionally miss your Shield Block for a couple seconds and not worry about dying in .5 seconds. Magtheridon is totally different, and Gruul is totally different. Shield Block is most important there.
Whenever I had 100 rage, I always switched to "high threat" mode in my mind. I still did Shield Slam, 2x Devastate, and Revenge, but I also threw Heroic Strikes in as often as possible. Heroic Strike is NOT on the Global Cooldown, so you can mash it inbetween and during other moves. Then when I ran lower on rage, I left it out.
This is actually a reason why warriors don't stack Dodge too much, because if you get long stretches of misses, you may be starved for rage, and cause other more serious problems. I wouldn't regem your gear right now, it's not TOO much of an issue, but for future gear, all Stamina is going to suit you best 99% of the time.
Make sure you always keep every old piece of tanking gear around, I liked to turn old pieces into "high threat" gear, by regemming and reenchanting for those situations where you don't need tons of health, you need more threat.
Main Tanking a 25 man boss isn't a whole lot different than 5 mans or heroics, or Kara, whatever. The harder part is being a Main Tank for the entire raid instance, including trash, etc. Knowing all those trash pulls and being able to consistently mark targets, call out on Vent, and be an important part of the raid takes time and practice.
Feel free to let me know any general or specific questions you have, I'll do my best to answer.

Thanks again. Im glad im not the only one that feels the survival mode pressure at times lol. And im sry because im not sure i'll ever run out of questions but this one and ill take a break for a while. :-p With my gear I have now ( I understand we are pushing towards the progression) what should I be raid ready for and what do I really need to step it up some. ( And don't get me wrong i have my ideas just seeing you have more exp than I you know im in that pick mode.) :-p
