Dropping to 1 RS server

Going to add some custom maps to RS # 1 but RS #2 going bye bye as it will be converted over to another game. Sorry guys, but due to the lack of usage on #2, its time to move on.

Should have this completed by end of the day.

We will only have 1 RS COOP server with custom maps on it. Admins can change to a custom map using rcon.

Please don't change the maplist already in place. Custom maps only work when the server is all custom maps or there is a dedicated community to play on the server. But do add them for when we want to use them.
