Out of Gaming for a good bit

So we moved to new house, called about Cable and was told it was avaliable. Move into new house, cable guy comes to hook it up, and low and behold, there is no cable running into the damn neighborhood. Soooooo.... supposedly the cable laying is suppose to be approved within a couple months and who knows when they'll actually do it. As of now I am stuck on this Clearwire (SHIT) Wireless Internet services, uses Radio Frequencies in a half ass ghetto direct/omni kind of setup. It sucks shit, and has a 2000 ms latency so I won't be doing any online gaming for a good while. DSL isn't avaliable in the area yet sooo I'm SOL on options.

However anything that needs done on COD 4 server, let me know, I just can't play....

This is my life as well.... We are "supposed" to have DSL soon (Verizon), but who knows when or if that will happen. I am trying to get situated to buy a house where there is AT&T DSL. There is no cable anywhere around here... :(

I find it an interesting point that most of us will only move "if" the area can support high speed cable. We are truly addicted.
