Poll and chatbox issues

ID'd the problem, while impement later tongiht. Poll and chat not working because of this.

Something annoying used to happen with polls, will double check later.

It used to update the "thread" in the forum every time someone voted, not just when they made a post. So I'd see the icon show new post, and go check, and realize someone had just voted, and not actually posted.

exactly, its a new edition to a post, wheather a post or a vote, its new!
