Willow, have you changed server settings recently?

All pings are showing at 999 on COD4 server. I submitted a ticket and this is what the said:

All pings on the server are showing 999. You guys change some settings in the firewall?

We haven't changed anything here, have you changed anything in your server cfgs or punkbuster settings recently ?
