Hey all. While gaming, I bump the number lock key and it's driving me nuts. I tried using Google to help find a way to just disable the stupid thing, but nothing was helping. Anybody able to help? Don't want to just take it off as I want to change it on/off while not gaming. Anyway, hope that make sense.

Thanks,
Stab

Look in your BIOS, you can turn it off there.

99.9% sure that is Num Lock on Boot Up, not disabling the key. As to disable it, unless your keyboard has software that allows you to do it, I do believe you will need a 3rd Party program that can change assignments of keys globally, google for it.

Thanks guys, appreciate it. Yeah, I found stuff really easy on how to change the start up, but nothing to disable the button. Thanks for the help though, I really appreciate it.

You can always use a flat screwdriver and pop the key out, if you don't use it often and it's that much of a bother. It's what I did with my windows key.
