Can you please move the 'Guild Application' section out of the guild only section and locate it in the general wow section just under the 'Guild Announcement" section and above the 'Chat' section?

Also, have this section visible to ALL registered users. Let registered users post and for now only let 'WoW Guild Leader' to vote on applications. This may change soon but for now lets keep it that way.
