USB Power vs AC Adapter Power

If I have a phone that plugs into a PC with a standard USB cable and it can charge.....and I also have a wall adapter for the phone, can I use the wall adapter to charge any other USB chargeable device?

Should be able to... USB is 5V I believe..... so I would say yes, as long as that's what is used to charge.
