What the heck is happening with the Jett WoW guild?

I have seen posts that it has disbanded, change of leadership (again), only for fun, etc.

I posted in our community leadership forum and have not got a clear response, so I thought I would post here.

I just want to know what is the state of the Jett WoW guild.

We stopped raiding a few weeks ago, and allowed people to leave for other higher guilds to raid end game content; the idea being that they come back for the expansion.

As far as I know, alot of people are just burned out on it. For a day or so our guild MOTD said we'd be disbanding this saturday, but instead the guild leader position was transfered. The guild is still intact, just doing different things ingame.

Some are tired of WoW (like myself), ome have left the WoW guild to join another that may get them to end-game. My initial thought was to disband the guild and distribute what it has gathered to its current members. However, some did not want that to happen, they still find enjoyment in the game and wish to continue JETT WoW Guild. So basically I gave it to Kaeaskavi to do as she wishes.

Some will come back for the expansion and others have moved on to other games. No different than CS, some still play and others do not.

I know I have kind of moved with the mass of JETT, whatever game they start playing next I am sure I will. I hope everyone that did leave or quit playing still keeps in touch through the forums. Love yall long time!

Kalecgos seems fairly dead right now, so I've been leveling a couple of alts. Haven't even been on my main for nearly a week. Also Spore came out and lots are giving it a try. I expect WoW things to pick up closer to time for expac...at least I hope so. Wintertime = WoW time :)

If anybody has an account they just want to permanently cancel, please let me know. I have a friend that wants to play on this server with me, but can't stomach to level another toon. Please let me know if you would be at all interested in just giving up your account to someone that would use it. Note that I said he doesn't want to level again, so 70's only. Really don't care what kind of gear said toon has.

So DRSU, we do as we have been doing for several weeks now. We try and run KARA runs once or twice a week--we help each other level lower level toons. In short, those of us that remain we just enjoy the community and running around together in Azeroth. We are each too busy with work, school or both to bother with a serious raiding guild. This is where we prefer to be, enjoying WOW with friends and looking forward to expansion.

Just remember, that just because you dont play WoW anymore we dont want you here, we WANT YOU HERE. We are a community of online friends and this is our meeting place for whatever game you play. I just want everyone to understand that there will always be a game that attracts you and hopefully Jett is the place you start at to find friends that will play with you.
