with new page, a new user who registers MUST reply to the email that is automaticaly sent to the email address he registered under. if he does not reply to that email (click on the link) he will not have any permissions and can not do anything. This NEW RULE for new page will not be removed.

I told him to confirm, but he had trouble submitting his application to join. He said it gave him some fatal error message and that KFC was a major noob.
