[Installing this .jar file]

To install this file,
  1. Download this file to your desktop or somewhere you can remember. Navigate to this file
  2. right click on it and choose CUT.
  3. Click the start button at the bottom left of your screen.
  4. In the search window at the bottom,
    type in %appdata%/.minecraft/bin, then press ENTER
    **that should open up a folder with a bunch of files.
  5. RIGHT click on a blank white area and choose PASTE.
    **this will paste the minecraft.jar file into this folder. Once that's done, you can close out all the windows and run your minecraft. You should be able to log into our MC server now.
